Once a member of the famous Phoenix and Dragon circus, Mochi is a tough old bird who left her circus home with a small crew of loyal friends to found the stand-alone Phoenix circus. Though an injury and old age prevent her from performing as she once did, she has proven herself a more than capable manager. Her shrewd business dealings and no-nonsense way with people has kept the tiny, splintered circus afloat. Few know why she left the circus in the first place.
